Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
- United Arab Emirates: 7–15 business days
- GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 10–20 business days
- Europe & North America: 12–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sharjd@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
